   Our pricing is simple, upfront, and there are never any hidden fees.  There is a $45.00 set-up charge for projects with fewer than 5,000 images (about two file boxes).  Call around and compare - no one has lower rates! Document Imaging - Simple digitizing & formatting;  includes document separation (removing staples, etc.), preparation, and storage media.  We use LightScribe®  CD labeling technology.	$0.02-$0.12 / image (call for a quote!)
Optical Character Recognition -  Searchable by word, term, or phrase.	$0.0025 / image
Electronic Numbering - Electronic Bates numbering, fully customizable labeling.	$0.01 / page
Document Management - Electronic redaction, database development, electronic forms & templates.	$20.00 / hr.
Document Destruction- After scanning we can shred!  100% of shredded material is recycled.	$4.95 / box
